Payments in full are accepted by ACH payment via Stripe (preferred), check, wire transfer, or credit card. To make an ACH payment with Stripe, simply use the form below.
If you would like to pay by credit card, you may do so via our Kurv Payment Portal. Please note that any final payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% service charge.
