New Boundless Journeys Tours for 2024

As restless travelers, we’re always on the lookout for new experiences and frontiers. Our tour managers have been hard at work this year, and we’re finally ready to debut our new offerings for 2024. Whether it’s exploring the savanna on an African sky safari or trekking through the Balkans, these fresh tours are guaranteed to fire your curiosity in the year to come.

Read on to discover all the places your next journey might take you.

Tanzania: Sky Safari

An airplane flies over a savanna, with a herd of wildebeest belowWhat exactly is a sky safari? It means touching down in some of Africa’s most breathtaking landscapes, for one. It means maximizing your time exploring the wilderness of Northern Tanzania and minimizing time spent in transit. This ten-day adventure will take you from the shadow of Kilimanjaro to the heart of Ngorongoro Crater to the vastness of the Serengeti, encountering the richness of Tanzanian wildlife all along the way. You’ll enjoy unique accommodations such as the Tarangire Treetops, a lodge that’s elevated above the ground among the baobab trees, giving you spectacular views. You’ll enjoy gourmet meals in exclusive locations such as a private section of the Ngorongoro Crater, and you’ll experience the local culture at a Masai village. You won’t waste a minute, but you’ll have plenty of time to reflect and explore.

Kenya: Sky Safari

You’ll also be whisked away on a flight to Laikipia—one of the few places in Africa where wildlife numbers are on the increase. Your sky safari flight then brings you to the iconic Masai Mara. The world-famous wildlife destination earns its lofty reputation by combining unparalleled wildlife spotting, luxurious lodges, and cutting-edge conservation. Animals often outnumber humans in these parts, and our journeys will take us past herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more. Our bush guides are intimately familiar with the territory and will call your attention to wonders large and small. Make your adventure even more memorable with an optional excursion such as a bush walk, horse or camel-back safari, or a hot air balloon ride.

Thailand, Laos, Cambodia & Vietnam: The Best of Southeast Asia

Ancient temples nestle among the mountains of Chiang Rai, where you’ll visit the white temple of Wat Rong Khun, one of the most impressive and famous in all of Thailand. After exploring “the land of smiles,” you’ll cross the Mekong into Laos, where villages accessible only by boat sit peacefully along the riverbanks. Experience an optional hike to the majestic Kuang Si Waterfall, explore the highlights of the vibrant city of Luang Prabang, and take time to enjoy a traditional Lao massage. In the second week of your travels you’ll explore the legendary temple complex of Angkor Wat.
